She said that her septic tank man was unable to find the tank [and therefore couldn't pump it out] . he told her to go to the County and get a copy of the site plan showing the location of the tank. They didn't have it and suggested she call me. She said that she did NOT have a pipe coming out of her system, and that the new system she installed "a few years ago" required her to "buy the two lots behind her" . I told her someone from DWQ needed to have a look at her property; she may have an onsite system that doesn't require a permit from us. Her number is 919 544-5110; her daughter's cell number is 919 475-5029. Her daughter evidently does all the transportation for Mrs. Davis. Mack - I know you have a million places to check out in Durham, so fit her in when it best suits you. She was very nice on the phone, repeatedly saying she would "do whatever is necessary" to resolve the permit. Thanks, CHW I am sure I did. I will make sure and get back to you.
