Re: Permit No. NCG55O3O8
•
Mr. Weaver,
I am following up from our call today, regarding the above referenced
permit. I purchased 4104 Baker Street in April of 2018. This is the first notice I
received regarding the permit. Three independent sources have told me that the
house is connected to the sewer system, not a septic tank. First, the home
inspection report, which I received before purchasing the home, states that the
home is connected to sewer. Second, a licensed septic system professional told me
that from a google map image of my home, they were.able to see the cleanout that
supports that the house is on sewer. Finally, a licensed plumber who also saw the
same cleanout has stated that the house is on city sewer. For these reasons, I
would assert that the permit is no longer required.

Please let me know if the permit is no longer necessary. I've attached the invoice
for easy reference.
