In response to your comments related to the Section 401/404 review of the Louisburg
Plaza Sewer Project, as submitted by Franklin County, the town of Louisburg agrees to
the following:
The Town of Louisburg shall require verification from any developer in the proposed
impacts area through certification that the proposed development activity complies
completely with all Federal, State, and Local Stormwater regulations, including required
on-site stormwater management measures such as level spreaders, bio-retention, and
constructed wetlands.
The Town of Louisburg currently requires such compliance with all Federal, State, and
Local Stormwater Regulations. Please feel free to contact Mr. Jeff Crisp, Crowley, Crisp
and Associates, Inc., the consultants representing Franklin County, should you have any
further questions regarding the project.
