Donna,
Per our conversations regarding B-4766 in Iredell County last week and this morning, there are some impacts at Permit
Site 2 that should more appropriately be categorized as fill rather than bank stabilization (specifically, those impacts that
reference Detail D on the east side of the road). I have asked Hydraulics for a revised impact summary sheet and will
submit a revised mitigation request to DMS accordingly upon receipt.
For ease of processing, I will send out a revised permit application package reflecting these changes in the cover letter,
PCN, DMS acceptance and permit drawings. I am hoping to have this out to you within the next two weeks (dependent
on when I receive the new numbers from Hydraulics and how quickly DMS turns around their revised mitigation
acceptance). Let me know if you have any questions, thanks!
