Re: Reply to the Division of Water Quality's Request for More Information
Brightwood Trails Subdivision-Phases 5 & 6
Durham County, NC
To Mrs. Karoly and Mr. McMillan:
On December 20, 2007, a Request for More Information letter was written for the subject
project. Because of the holidays, the receipt of this letter by the applicant, engineer and I were
delayed. Currently, the engineer is working towards the changes requested in the December
20th letter but needs some additional guidance from your office. Therefore, the engineer and I
have scheduled a meeting with Annette Lucas on January 22, 2008 at 1:00 PM. This letter is to
request the DWQ to not withdraw this project from the 401 Certification Program and to allow
an extension of our response time to the December 20, 2007 letter.
Sincerely,
~~.~ ~~~~
