I provided a brief update of the status of our reviews and Karen gave more detail on the DWR/USACOE process. That
lead to more in-depth discussions on a few issues that have arisen needing coordinated responses to comment:
primarily Air and Transportation concerns aswell asEnv. Justice.
Group agreed that since those issues were part ofthe Corps request for additional info, itwould bebeneficial tonot
move on a permit action until we at least see Charah's response to the USACOE, due next week. Specifically looking atif
responses would cause achange tnthe current DVVK4/DEK4LRapplications under review.
Ifnochanges, then DEMLR and DWIVI are likely able to make decisions by end of next week. UVVRwill follow using their
normal review process timeframes. There is still an emphasis to not sit on the permits if we are ready to go forward,
therefore I would still like to get the hearing reports for DEMLR and DWIM completed at least in draft form by next
Tuesday. | will then work with DVVRonfinishing uptheir report separately.
