Ok, per our discussion yesterday; the portable concrete barrier would be consider a temporary structure and not a
temporary fill. Therefore you would not be required to request a modification to your existing DA permit for this action.

We have agreed that we will utilize approximately 20 LF of precast portable concrete barrier wall wrapped in erosion
control fabric to protect the creek from any material that could possibly fall into the creek. The fabric will be wrapped
so the weight of the barrier wall will secure the fabric in place. There will not be a need to use rip-rap in this area.
