Subject: Approval of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
The applicant has submitted proper plans and calculations for the proposed new Discount Tire
project to be located at 1111 Highway 105 South in Boone, NC. The project has a total
disturbance of 1.436 acres and therefore requires a NCGO1 Stormwater permit issued by the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. Please let this memo serve as recognition
that the erosion and sediment control plan/calculations have been reviewed and approved by
the Town of Boone, the original approval date of which is August 14, 2024.
