SUBJECT: STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SUBMITTAL

On behalf of Mr. Robert Baldwin, Baltimore RE, LLC, we are pleased to submit the enclosed information for
your review and approval of the stormwater management permit for the subject project.
We are enclosing the following:
1. Two copies each of Sheets CO.1, C1.1, C3.1, C4.1, C5.1 and C6.1 of the construction drawings(folded
to 8.5"x 14"), as issued, "Issued for Permitting"dated,April 29,2024.
2. One original and one copy of the Stormwater Management Permit Application Form;
3. One original and one copy of the signed and notarized Deed Restrictions &Protective Covenants Form
(low density);
4. One original of the Supplement-EZ Cover Page and required supplement forms;
5. One original of the signed and notarized O&M Agreement(low density) and required supplement form;
6. The Stormwater Narrative for the project, including calculations;
7. A copy of the USGS map identifying the site location;
8. A copy of the Custom Soil Resource Report, including a copy of the USDA-NRCS Soil Map for the site
location with a Map Unit Legend;
9. A check in the amount of$1,000.00, as payment of the application processing fee;
10. A copy of the most current deed for the subject property;
11. and, a copy of the Articles of Organization and the Operating Agreement on Baltimore RE, LLC,the
applicant.
