The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received and accepted a Post-Construction
Stormwater Management Permit Application for the subject project on September 9, 2024.
• On November 18,2024,Buel B. Barker, Jr requested to withdraw the subject application due to
ongoing settlement negotiations.
Per this request,this Office is hereby withdrawing the subject application to allow the revised application
package to be accepted for review. Please note that the original signed application will be kept on file
unless the Applicant would prefer the package returned or disposed of
Please note that this does not preclude you from obtaining and complying with any and all other permits
or approvals that are required for this development to take place, as required by any statutes,rules,
regulations, or ordinances, which are imposed by any other Local, State or Federal government agency
having jurisdiction.
Please be aware that the construction of any impervious surfaces on the property prior to receipt of a
stormwater permit, other than a construction entrance under an approved Sedimentation Erosion Control
Plan, is a violation of NCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-
215.6A.
