This email is to notify you that your application for Dillard Street was not accepted forth efollowing
reason:
A15a/A15b. The receiving waterbody information cannot be left blank. You must list the receiving
waterbody and index number that will receiving stormwater drained from the project's site. This can be
found on the Surface Water Classification Map Viewer.
Once on the Map Viewer, find your project's location (you can either use the address or the [at/long
coordinates). Once you identify the location, you'll see there are elevations listed around the map. Zoom
out and find the waterbody nearest to your project's location where the elevation is lower than your
project's elevation. When the waterbody is identified, click on its blue line and a box will pop up that lists
the stream name and index number. That will be the information you need for Al5a/A15b of the NCG01
application. Please ensure you enter the stream name not river basin.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI
