Per Session Law 2024-49 Senate Bill 166 (Section 4.3), after construction of the sewer system is completed, and within 14 days of receiving all necessary certifications from a professional engineer that the sewer system extension complies with all applicable rules and Minimum Design Criteria, the Commission shall issue a receipt of certification. Additionally, per the Fast Track Sewer Engineering Certification form, a Final Certification shall be a complete set of record drawings and design calculations regardless of whether partials have been submitted.
