Please see the attached revised site plan for the Catana Car Farm Road project. The site plan has been
redesigned to avoid all wetlands. Stream impacts at the one road crossing have been reduced from 150 linear
feet to 109 linear feet. I wanted to run this map set across your desk before we submit the additional
information package to make sure there is nothing else you need shown on the plan set. Thanks!

I got a revised grading plan from the developer this afternoon. They are trying to avoid all wetland impacts and
have decreased the stream impacts at the road crossing. There are some items that I still need for them to
revise. Are we able to get a 30-day extension to respond? Your letter is dated October 2, 2024.
