Project Narrative
Hidden Estates is a 12.06 acre residential subdivision within Weddington, North Carolina. This
subdivision consists of 5 single family detached units. The site is located in Union County along
Beulah Church Rd. The stormwater network was designed to handle the 25-year storm event.
The drainage system consists of 2 swales that capture flow along the perimeter of the road. The
northern swales (swale 1 and 2) direct flow to edge of disturbed limits and ultimately off-site. The
southern swale (swale 3) directs flow to a grate inlet and ultimately to an existing swale along
