Attached are the results of the water quality sampling. The boron result suggests that the water from S-13 is not influenced by coal combustion residuals. Due to the proximity of S-12 to the ash basin and due to the boron result, the water from S-12 is influenced by coal combustion residuals and is likely from the ash basin. Note: In our notification letter dated 08 January 2016, we mistakenly stated that S-12 is a headwater of S-9 and would not require sampling. We also mistakenly stated that S-14 was to be sampled. In fact, S-14 is a headwater of S-9 and did not require sampling, and S-12 was appropriately sampled instead.
