PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The WWT facilities serving the H. Marshall Noyes Residence
were in excellent operational condition at the time of the site
investigation . Since the Permit was last renewed , there has been
no opportunity for. the permittee to eliminate the discharge. This
facility does not meet the criteria for issuance of a General
Permit since it does not have cascade aeration .
The WLA prepared for this facility reflects limitations more
stringent than those previously assigned. This change is the
result of a reevaluation of the private pond that receives the
discharge and a revised determination of the 7Q10 flow, which is
now estimated to be 0 . 0 cfs . SFR WLA Procedural Guidelines
recommend issuance of a Permit containing GODS and NH1 as N
limitations of 15 . 0 mg/1 and 4 . 0 mg/l , respectively, for
dischargers into ponds having 0 . 0 cfs 7Q10 flow . A dissolved
oxygen limitation of 6 . 0 mg/1 should also be inellidPd. The
existing facilities should be capable of complying with the
revised limitations with the exception of the D . O. limit .
It is recommended that the NPDES Permit for this facility be
renewed .
