G & L Properties LLC has sold the Grand Marina in Belhaven, NC to Wild Goose'n LLC. A request has
been submitted to transfer CAMA Major permit no. PA-1149 to Wild Goose'n LLC. CAMA Major permit no. PA-
1149 was issued to G & L Properties LLC on 17 November 2023 for marina expansion and groin improvement at
738 E. Main St., Belhaven, NC.
This office recommends that CAMA Major Permit no. PA-1149 be transferred to Wild Goose'n LLC at 1600
Razor Court Morehead City, NC 28557. The transfer request along with the new deed and $100 check were received
in the Washington Regional Office.

PA-1149 on 8/28/23, including attached workplan drawings (5), Sheets 1-5 of 5 all dated 811/23.
This permit, issued on November 17, 2023 is subject to compliance with the application (where
consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation
of these terms may be subject to civil or criminal penalties; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
Groin Expansion
1) In order to reduce the potential for negative effects on the spawning migration of anadromous fish, no
in -water work shall be permitted between February 15 and June 30 of any year without the prior
approval of the Division of Coastal Management, in consultation with appropriate resource agencies.

2) The groin shall be constructed in accordance with the alignment depicted on the attached workplan

3) The height of the permitted groin(s) shall not exceed 3 feet above the normal water level. [07H

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DEQ and the Chair
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. of the Coastal Resources Commission.
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
November 17, 2028

I am providing a written request to have the existing CAMA major permit for 738 East Main Street Belhaven NC
transferred into the name of Wild Goose'n LLC. We will be using the permit as it was permitted with no change.
There has been no change of condition or scope of work since the original application. I have attached a copy of the
filed deed showing the transfer of the property.
