acres, more or less,as shown on plat entitled, Rosetta McQueen Estate,'drawn by Stephen M.Cain, PLS
L-3813,dated August 21,2023,and recorded In Map Hook 4211, Page 0002, Hoke County Registry.
Historically described as:
Lying and being in Blue Springs Township, Hoke County, North Carolina, in the fork of Big and Little Middle
Swamp, and Raft Swamp,Beginning at a stake in the run of said Little Middle Swamp, with two black gum pointers
nearly level with the surface of the ground,Brown McLean's southwest corner•,thence as his tine, S 86 / E 15.16
