Privacy vinyl type fencing vs. aluminum fencing was the biggest issue. Dennis and Peter will check out a Hardee board fence to see if this is something that may be acceptable to all the members.We agreed fencing should be no higher than 5 feet * Peter will look at our contract with Noble Landscaping and check to see what specifically we are being charged for in the contract.What is being done in the common area across the street from George's property.Are we being charged extra?Should we check out another landscaping company? * George will get a list from Teri showing damages in the neighborhood as a result of DR Horton's construction of the new homes.Among the damages are 3 mailboxes. * The issue concerning the inappropriate language on Dan Northrup's trash can has been resolved after Dennis spoke to Dan.It was removed. * I will check with Teri to see if PMC will continue keeping ARC records.Even if they do I will still keep a copy for our records. * Dues-Homeowners will pay PMC$180 in July.Prior to the next payment m Jan 2023 we need to discuss if there should be a reduction in dues. Next Meeting * The type of sheds that would be acceptable in our community need to be discussed. Richard Cox has a playhouse that is in disrepair. * One of our residents(George Moses)is delinquent in his dues-$250.00 Hopefully I captured everything we discussed at the meeting. Having reviewed the file and the business filing with the NC Secretary of State (see screen shot below), I have discovered that I have no meeting minutes from the Cape Side Property Owners Association, Inc. election indicating Mr. Law has signing authority nor is he listed as an officer or registered agent with the NC Secretary of State.
