Inspection Summary:
There are numerous poly tanks and drums inside the secondary containment area and drums just outside the containment
area. Some of the drums on the outside of the containment area have holes in the top. The drain valve has no handle but is
required to be locked.
There are two small drums of unidentified substances under the silos.
There is a dieseil tank in a secondary containment area that needs to be completely pumped out. There is a pipe used to
access the tank coming from the top of the tank to the outside of the secondary containment area that is not properly
secured and can be accessed easily. It should be properly secured.
The poly tanks inside the secondary containment will need to be pumped and rinsed out and the drums on the inside and
outside of the containment area will need to be removed.
The dormant status request cannot be approved with alll of these issues. In order to qualify for the dormant status, all the
ststed issues will need to be addressed. Once everything has been addressed, you may apply for the dormant status again
