This email is to notify you that your application for Army Reserve Center (ARC), Asheville, North Carolina
was not accepted for the following reason:
B1 /D6/D9/E. The responsible entity listed on the FRO form must match the responsible entity/permittee
listed on the NOI Certification form (uploaded to D9), Tab E (certification tab), Tab D5 (approval letter),
and Tab B1. If the responsible entity on the FRO form is incorrect, the FRO form needs to be revised.
D1. Ensure this date matches the approval/issue date of your E&SC documentation (grading
permit/letter of approval).
D2. Ensure the E&SC Plan Project Number/ID matches the project/permit number listed on your E&SC
approval documentation
D9. The uploaded NOI certification form needs to be signed/dated. Ensure the signature is wet -ink not
digital.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI
