order to receive your Certificate of Coverage (COC).The previous plan holder needs to also submit a Notice of
Termination (e-NOT).
The attached Certificate of Approval can be printed and must be posted on-site.This should be in addition to the copy of
the COC, a hard copy of the final approved plan, self-inspection records and the rain gauge.
The future inspector for this project is copied on this message. Per the construction sequence, this is the person you
should contact in advance of the activity start date and with whom to schedule the pre-construction meeting
