Minimum treatment volume in Supp-EZ form has been updated to match the design volume in the pond calculation sheet of 47,756 cu. ft. 2. O&M Agreement Form has been updated to include the low density area. 3. Ditch calculations are now provided in the SIA and the swales table has been completed on the low density page of the Supp-EZ. Maximum velocity has been revised and is adequate for all swales to be grassed. 4. Temporary pool elevation has been revised to top of riser. Plans and Supp-EZ have been revised accordingly. 5.
