Per your request regarding Tyler Clark's inspection of my septic system at 1403 Gray Bluff Trail,
Chapel Hill, enclosed is a copy of the invoice from John E. Byrd Jr. attesting to the fact that he
pumped out the tank on April 19, 2021. Because I am an 88-year-old man living alone, he
suggests that the tank only needs to be pumped out every five years, so my next service is
scheduled for April of 2026.
Re your other questions, I drop new chlorine tablets in when necessary, but the reality is that
there is no effluent discharge and never has been. The septic field was completely rebuilt by
Mr. Byrd some years ago and it does its job perfectly.
