Responses to NCDEQ DEMLR comments received 08/29/2024 below in bold:
1.a. Minimum treatment volume in Supp-EZ form has been updated to match the design volume in the pond
calculation sheet of 43,343 cu. ft.
2.a. Surface water area shown was in sqft. Number revised to 0.5 acres.
2.b. Ditch calculations are now provided in the SIA and the swales table has been completed on the low density
page of the Supp-EZ. Maximum velocity has been revised and is adequate for all swales to be grassed.
3. O&M Agreement Form has been updated to include the low density area.
4.a. Forebay grading has been revised to be deeper at the entrance than the exit. Plans and Supp-EZ have been
revised accordingly.
4.b. Temporary pool elevation has been revised to top of riser. Plans and Supp-EZ have been revised accordingly.
