Within this report we have included lab results from our most recent sampling event. We are working
with BIue Ridge Environmental for the MW47 and Nitrate migration assessments requested by NC
DENR and are in the data gathering stage at this time. We again had elevated Nitrates in MW#2, MW#3,
MW#6, MW#7, and MW#9.

Permit dated February 26, 2021 includes sampling all wells MW l- MW 10 Semi-annually & conduct monofill material
reclamation annually as required. Methane sampling requirement removed with this permit after several consecutive
years with results below detection limits. Working with Blue Ridge Environmental for State requested assessments of
MW#7 and Nitrate migration. Conducted semi-annual well sampling in May 2024 for all wells as required by NCDEQ.
