On 09/05/2024, Breann Spencer and James Elmore (DEQ) met with Edward Riggs (ORC) for a
compliance inspection.
Permit expires Dec. 31, 2028. Permit has a Special Condition for Whole Effluent Toxicity. March and
April 2024 DMRs and lab results were spot-checked for accuracy. Per permit, facility will start
reporting sewer overflow/bypass event reports, pretreatment program annual reports, and Clean
Water Act Section 316(b) Annual Reports beginning Dec. 21, 2025. Flow meter calibrated 11-20-2023
by Chadwick Instrument.
Samples are not less than or equal to 6 degrees Celsius when the sampler is taking the composite
sample. Samples are stored in a refrigerator after. ORC was notified that samples need to be at
proper temperture while being sampled.
Facility is compliant with permit NC0060321.
