Inspection Summary:
The facility was inspected on August 6, 2024.We met with Allen Beck and Jason Hughes on site, others present were Jalen
Hairston. During the inspection the following items were noted:
1. The SWPPP is not updated annually. The SWPPP should be reviewed and updated annually.
2. The most current COC and permit should be kept on site.
3. Additional outfalls were observed that are not listed in the permit. Update the outfall locations.
