FINAL INSPECTION COMMENTS
Project is completed,stable and the erosion measures removed. Dry ponds on site should be monitored and maintained per the PCO-19
(Declaration and Covenants). Site approved for the two-year maintenance bond and reminded of the Owner annual inspection
requirements as outlined in the PCO-19.
