WASTEWATER DISCHARGE
PERMIT #NC0045993
Public comment or objection to
the draft permit is invited. All
comments received by June 3,
2024, will be considered in the
final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit pro-
visions.
PFRMIT APPLICATION
ATI Specialty Materials, LLC,
2020 Ashcraft Avenue, Monroe,
N.C., has applied for modifica-
tion of its NPDES wastewater
permit (NC0045993) for Mon-
roe Facility, 2020 Ashcraft Av-
anue, Monroe, Union County.
The facility discharges treated
industrial wastewater and
stormwater to Richardson
Creek in the Yadkin -Pee Dee
River basin. Some of the para-
meters are water quality limited.
This discharge may affect fu-
ture allocations in this portion of
the Yadkin -Pee Dee River
basin. The location of Outfall
001 is: Latitude: 35059"05"
Longitude: 80.36'30-.
