As far as I'm concerned you can submit this through Laserfiche as supplemental information.
As you indicated this will not require mitigation but I need it for the file and get you the
documentation that the project is modified.

Subject: Permit Mod for R-5808 Regional General Permit - NC 158 Widening in Gates
Kyle and Garcy,

The design firm for this R-5808 project had a discrepancy with the shoulder width in the vicinity of the double barreled
RCBC at Site 1 on the project. To make a consistent shoulder, the culvert needs to be widened a couple of feet. This
would result in the following impacts.
Increase in culvert impacts (permanent loss of water) from 21 LF to 23 LF (negligible surface area changes)
Increase in bank stabilization impacts (permanent no -loss of water) from 39 LF to 41 LF (negligible surface area
changes)
Decrease in temporary stream impacts from 23 LF to 16 LF (0.03 ac to 0.02 ac)
It's pretty negligible, but the perm. impacts to the stream have increased. To authorize this change, can I just modify the
impacts table and include the attached drawing on a Laserfiche submittal? Do we need to modify the table at all for a
small change that doesn't affect mitigation?
