This letter is in response to your letter dated 8-26-24 to Tweetsie Railroad attached.
Per your letter we have taken the following steps and will continue to complete action
requested as follows:
1. Flow meter/Composite Sampler flow proportional sampling. We have requested
from the flow meter supplier and calibration service provider, Clearwater, to
quote the hardware required between flow meter and composite sampler for flow
proportional sampling. When we get this estimate we will proceed with order
and install. I would assume this should be complete in the next 60 days or
sooner. We will let you know when complete.
2. Current permit is on site.
3. Lab data, field calibration sheets, and chain of custody forms have been
forwarded by our office.
4. Field parameter credentials are being kept at the site.
5. Sludge hauler records will be kept.
6. Chlorine contact chamber has been performed as stated.
7. We are continually making adjustments and working with the owner to ensure
compliance.
