Our existing permit expires on October 31, 2009. We are requesting the Division to renew our NPDES Permit. There have been no changes at the facility since the issuance of the last permit. Please note the results for one priority pollutant analysis (schedule in August 2009) have not been received. An amended application will be sent as soon as the results are received.
