renovating an area of inner Durham that is need of up-to-date affordable housing, and will be providing multi-famil
housing to the citizens of this area The applicant is requesting to participate in the DWQ Express Review for a Neuse
River stream buffer determination for the (2) intermittent_stream features depicted on the Durham County Soils
Survey -sheet 26 (attached).

The proiect is located on Angier Avenue and Goley Avenue approximately 1/10 mile to the east of its intersection
with NC Hwy 55 bordered on the north side of by Main Street, in Durham. North Carolina (USGS quad -Southwest
Durham Quad / Durham Ctv. Soil Survey -sheet 26, attached).
