I just wanted to follow up on the email sent by Kelly Johnson on 10/9/2023.We are holding the minor modification
application packet pending the receipt of several items she requested. Please let me know if you need me forward that
email to you for review.As she stated,we cannot accept the minor modification application with these items. If you
prefer to withdraw the minor modification application, I can certainly place the packet with our receptionist for retrieval
or recycle it onsite.
Note: Effective October 3''d 2023,permit fees have increased as a result of Session Law 2023-134. A full list of the fee
adjustments are available on the following DEQ website: Fermi it Fees 2023 Updates I NC DEO The website and forms
will be updated to reflect these new fees.
