LOT GRADING NOTES
1. GRADING OF RESIDENTIAL LOTS SHALL BE PER NORTH CAROLINA STATE BUILDING CODE: RESIDENTIAL CODE SECTION R401.3
DRAINAGE:
• SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION
