Dewatering Construction Sequence
1. Establish limits of disturbance with single-row/double-row silt fence in accordance with the site plans.
2. Make effort to conduct stream crossing work during a period of low flow.
3. Install bypass pump and dewatering device per above detail. Bypass pump should be properly stabilized
with gravel dissipation to prevent erosion.
4. Isolate project area with impervious dikes to keep project area free of flow. Install upstream impervious dike
and begin pump -around operations before installing downstream impervious dike. Note that all stream
impact work is to be done "in the dry".
5. Install culverts/utilities in accordance with the site plans.
6. Upon completion of stream impact work, excavate any accumulated sediment and remove the stream flow
diversion devices, beginning with the downstream impervious dike.
7. Install remaining specified erosion control measures, including seeding, stabilization, and
single-row/double-row silt fences, in accordance with the site plans.

Stream/Wetland Restoration Notes
1. No waste, spoils, solids, or fill of any kind shall occur in the creek beyond the impact depicted in the site
plans.
2. Stockpile stream bed/wetland substrate material that is necessary to be excavated during construction.
Reestablish stream bed/wetland with original material upon completion of temporary impact.
3. Original grades through stream bed/wetland areas shall be restored after trenching and backfilling. Excess
fill materials shall be removed from these areas and spread in an upland, non-floodplain area.
4. Erosion control measures shall not be removed until site construction is complete and sufficient ground
cover is achieved to survive and inhibit erosion.
5. Seeding and stabilization composition and sequencing shall be in accordance with the site plans.
