This is James Elmore with the Division of Water Resources, Washington Regional Office. The wastewater treatment
facility at Buckland Elementary School has received a Civil Penalty Assessment (CPA) for repeat fecal coliform
violations. You will receive a paper copy of the CPA by certified mail, however our office has recently began
emailing all notices to the permit owner, which is the superintendent for Public Schools of Gates County. Could
you provide me with the superintendent's email address?
I have attached a copy of the CPA letter. The certified mail number is 9589 0710 5270 0283 9424 07. The physical
copy should be mailed out this week.
