I spoke with our Public Works crew this morning. According to the two employees, when
the overflow occurred at the Laurel Drive Lift Station, they used the City’s JetVac Truck
to remove the excess and emptied the sewage in our Manhole on Ozone Drive until the
overflow was corrected.

I am not sure if you need this information in a specific format, so please let me know if I
need to provide any further information. Thank you.

We never received a response to the attached NOV issued in January. I need something on record
that documents what you all did you address the issue.
