In-depth operation and maintenance records including process control measurements
were being documented and maintained on -site.
Discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period July 2023 through
June 2024. Effluent BOD and TSS weekly average limit violations were reported in
December 2023 and January 2024. Monthly average limit violations were also
reported in December 2023 (BOD) and January 2024 (flow). The Division has
