Discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period July 2023 through June 2024. Effluent chronic toxicity failures were reported in July 2023 and April 2024. Note: Effluent chronic toxicity tests are monitor only. The ORC must ensure to maintain a copy of all operation and maintenance records including flow meter calibrations, chemical receipt/usage (dechlorination), sludge removal, etc. that pertain to the NPDES treatment system. The ORC and staff must ensure that a 10-day minimum is between all twice per month effluent sampling parameters (PH, total residual chlorine and TSS).
