Roxboro, NC 27573 Subject: Compliance Evaluation Inspection Stonegate Subdivision Lot #16 SFR Wastewater Irrigation System Permit Number: WQ0034798 Person County Dear John and Shirley Bradsher, On August 5, 2024, Staff of the Water Quality Regional Operations Section Raleigh Regional Office conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the wastewater treatment system permitted for Stonegate Subdivision Lot #16 in Person County. The purpose of this inspection was to ensure compliance with the subject permit. This compliance evaluation inspection consisted of the following: •Review of the permit; •Review of the owner/facility information; •On-site inspection of treatment and storage components The current permit was issued April 12, 2017 and expired on March 31, 2022. Our records indicate the treatment system is permitted to consist of a septic tank, a NORWECO Singulair Bio-kinetic treatment system, an ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, a storage and pump, 0.35 acrtes of drip irrigation area, and all associated piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances. Non-Discharge Permit WQ0034798 authorizes the operation of up to 360 gallons per day (GPD). The authorized irrigation is in accordance with the effluent limits and monitoring requirements established within the Non-Discharge Permit. The items below show what conditions were noted at your facility: • At the time of the inspection, the system had not been constructed. Non-Discharge permit WQ0034798 requires the permittee to “pay the annual administering and compliance monitoring fee within thirty days after being billed by the Division.” Division records indicate the required annual fees ($60 per year) for the period ending January 31, 2025 and due February 3, 2024 has been paid. There are no overdue fees for the subject Non-discharge permit.
