Please upload the Sedimentation Inspection Report from Iredell County Planning and Development
Erosion Control Section. It should have the Final Inspection Type checked, project name, project
number, and the close out termination language in the "Comments/Corrective Actions Needed" section.
On the NOT Certification Form, the legally responsible organizational entity should be Redhead Land &
Development, LLC and the legally responsible person should be Jason Slagle. Either have Jason Slagle
sign the NOT Certification Form and submit the eNOT, or a delegated individual from the Redhead Land &
Development, LLC to print their name and title on the "Print Name and Title of Signed if Authorized" line
of the NOT Certification Form, sign the form using an original wet signature, and upload the updated NOT
Certification form.
