Inspection Summary:
Inspection was conducted on 07/10/2024. Met with owner's representative named Gary Mitchell.
Permittee was advised to develop a SWPPP in line with NCG02 permit conditions along with a POM (pumping operations
and monitoring) plan. Also advised the permitee regarding all other aspects of permit including:
1. stormwater sampling and its subsequent analytical and qualitative monitoring
2. secondary containment
3. spill prevention, response and reporting
4. ROS, etc.
Mining permit has not been issued to this site yet. This NCG02 permit can be issued after the mining permit is approved.
