following reason:
B1. This permittee does not match the permittee that the letter of approval/grading permit is addressed
to.
The responsible entity listed on the FRO form should match the responsible entity/permittee listed on
the approval letter (Tab D5), NOI Certification Form (Tab D9), Tab B1, and Tab E. If the FRO form is
correct, you will need to have the Mooresville Regional Office revise your letter of approval so Benjamin
Russell will be the addressee. If the FRO form is incorrect, you will need to correct it with the appropriate
responsible entity and ensure the previously mentioned places say the same thing. Benjamin Russell and
Pinnacle Homes should not both be listed as the project's responsible entity.
