The Final Permit maintains the following significant changes contained in the Draft Permit: • The instream monitoring frequency (April 1 — October 31) for Dissolved Oxygen, Temperature, PH, Conductivity, TN, and TP was reduced from 2/Month to Monthly based on the review of the instream data and in response to the permittee's request. • Quarterly PFAS monitoring was added to Outfall 001 based on the EPA Guidance. • Limits for Chloroform, AOX, Pentachlorophenol, and Trichlorophenol were recalculated based on the current production level.
