Below are comments for the draft NPDES permit for the New Bern Mill WWTP. Let me know if you have any questions.

The TBELs for chloroform and AOX are close to but slightly different than what was presented in the renewal
application. Curious on the calculation process for the slight variation.
A.(14.) Variance to 24-hour staffing, Item 1 references a letter dated June 9, 2000; the previous permit
referenced a letter dated October 20, 2000. 1 could not find the correct date in my files.
