Inspection Summary:
Inspection was conducted on 8/5/2024. Facility is currently under Tier I for TSS exceedances from its two outfalls since
March 2024. Subsequently, the sample from June 2024 has TSS under the required benchmark(100 mg/L). Facility has to
have minimum three (3)consecutive samples are under the benchmark or are inside the benchmark range for all parameters
to get out of Tier I.
However, if any two consecutive sampling results in a row for the same parameter are above the benchmark value at an
outfall, then the permittee shall be in Tier 11 and will have to perform monthly monitoring at every outfall where a sampling
result exceeded the benchmark value for two consecutive samples for all parameters until three samples in a row are below
the benchmark value or are inside the benchmark range.
