Mr. Westerbeek:
In a letter dated March 20, 2024, you were notified of a reporting violation (Late/Missing
NDMR/NDAR-1) for the period of November 2023. Based on an email from Wanda Gerald in the
DWR Central Office dated 7/17/2024, it appears there was an error in communication with the
Central Office, and the violation was not valid. The NOV has been retracted.
