The purpose of the proposed project is to improve exsisting road to DOT excepted ROW.

The project will consist fortifying project area for stormwater and sediment intrusion. Upgrading the exsisting road crossing with 60ft ROW. A 90in culvert will be install at grade on
wetlandfloor Then road will be constructed over culvert. A tracthoe and dozer will be utilized to install culvert and construct road.

To minamize the enviromental impact we choose to upgrade exsisting crossing rather than costruction a new road crossing

We will be pumping down the pond in ordert to construct road which will help with reducing aquatic impact. Foritifing the project area with silt
fence,wadols rip rap and celcer matting and cold weather grass seed. BMP inspections will be conducted after rain events during and after construction
phase.
